- You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the beat itself.
- You must credit the Producer on all copies of the recording and in any public performances or online postings.
- You may not alter or modify the beat, except for the purpose of creating a new recording.
- You may not use the beat in a way that could be considered defamatory, pornographic, or otherwise offensive.
